Fresh off the keys to their new BTO, our clients wanted something that felt more hotel than showflat — a quiet, tonal shell with just enough jewel colour to feel personal. We kept the living areas soft and neutral, then let burgundy velvet and cobalt lacquer take over the bedrooms and bathroom.
Blush linens, an upholstered headboard and warm brass-toned lighting keep the guest room gentle and calm, with sheer-and-blackout curtains that let the morning in on their own terms.

A full wall of warm oak panelling and a burgundy velvet headboard set a quieter, more considered mood than the rest of the flat — closer to a boutique hotel than a bedroom.

A bold cobalt lacquer vanity sets the tone against soft grey marble-look tile, while a stacked washer-dryer is built neatly into warm wood cabinetry alongside the glass-enclosed shower.

A freestanding stone-resin tub sits against book-matched grey marble tile, turning the ensuite into the kind of bathroom our clients used to only find on holiday.

"It's our first place and it already feels like us, not a showflat. The bathroom alone makes it hard to leave for work."
